Rajasthan Congress Minority Department Expands State Executive, Appoints 29 New Office-Bearers
The Rajasthan Congress Minority Department has expanded its state executive committee by appointing nearly 29 new office-bearers. The restructuring, approved on the recommendation of National President Imran Pratapgarhi, emphasizes social balance, regional representation, women’s participation, and organizational strengthening ahead of future political challenges.
The expansion was carried out by State President M.D. Chopdar following the recommendation of National President Imran Pratapgarhi. The newly announced appointments are intended to reinforce the department’s organizational framework and enhance its effectiveness across the state.
The restructuring has been undertaken with a strong emphasis on social and regional balance while also ensuring greater representation for women within the organization. As part of the expanded executive committee, Raju Khan of Jaipur has been appointed as Vice President. The leadership believes that the inclusion of new office-bearers will accelerate organizational activities and improve the department’s outreach and effectiveness at the grassroots level.
According to sources, the expansion of the state executive committee is likely to be followed by major changes at the district level. Preparations are reportedly underway for the replacement of six to seven district presidents in the coming days. Several other important appointments and organizational responsibilities are also expected to be announced soon.
